Can't even give these people one star, so i'll just give them a big minus. My rent went up 325.00 in one month. I'm disabled, but managed to hobble downstairs to the office to speak with someone. The mgr. has been sitting in the office for the last hour with the door locked, and won' t answer the phone. Not to mention, the elevator breaks every three months. This company gives a whole new meaning to the word.....SORRY.!
One star is extremely generous.
Do not rent from this guy ever. Drunk drug addict. Cheaply maintain properties. Won't fix anything. Over charges and finds ways to keep big deposit.
RPM properties is the worst rental company I have ever encountered. Completely unorganized. Robert lost our lease a week after we moved in and asked us if we could send him a copy so he could have one. He charged us fees for problems that the renters before us caused. We knew the people who lived there before us, so we know EXACTLY how the left the house and exactly how Robert dealt with them. I will never recommend this rental company.
