I met with the owner at my rental and went through the cleaning that I expected from them. Wash all the walls down with a vinegar solution because my renters had smoked in my house. They were to clean all cabinets inside and out as well as all the appliances inside and out. Clean the bathrooms as well as the tile showers and mop all the hardwood floors.
