My uncle bought a $7000 tracker 2 years ago and this past weekend it stopped running. He called for a part and they didn't ask him what was wrong or what he may need. He called to let them know he was on his way and be there in 5 minutes and they told him that he would have to wait until Monday. Being a homeowner who works every day, weekends are usually when things like mowing get done. I don't know why I would even try to find parts anywhere else. Tried to go the cheap route and ordered a carb kit for my snowblower on Amazon. Needless to say, the kit I got didn't have all the right parts and it took 2 weeks to come in. I went to RPM today and they had it in stock for not much more than I paid for the one on Amazon. Always top shelf service when I go there. Wish there was more than 5 stars.
