Great people with tremendous customer service and knowledge of power equipment. I've purchased and had servicing done w/o any issue. Also knowing how things work by tapping into their backgrounds makes me feel very comfortable. Many other stores take ur money and send you off, instead RPM reaches at purchased, and offer advise on parts.

The folks at RPM took care of my chainsaw issue immediately. It was last Saturday afternoon and they were preparing to close but they fixed my saw on the spot. Great service!
