I was billed twice for an order. It has been hell trying to reach someone to help me with the situation. I have called the DM, the corporate office and also the management at the location. NO ONE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. What kind of business bills your credit card twice? Shady to say the least. If you order from Dominos, be sure to check your banking statement.

Horrible service at one of your stores. Paid for a pizza that I never received. And when I tried to reach out. No help was given. Went to the store and doors were locked. People were inside and phone was left off the hook.

I think it’s pretty bad when you have a area manager being told someone in store is sexually harassing another employee and that manager says oh well she screws everything anyways. We will see about that when the EEOC contacts you!!!
I have ordered from the Diamondhead location several times. Almost every time I order it is not correct. This time I ordered three pizzas and one was not correct. The Assistant Manager "Bob" was informed about the incorrect pizza and offered to remake that pizza, however the other two would be setting there getting cold.
