Great sales and service team! Lifted my brand new 15 Duramax on 37's, deleted, cold air intake, EFI live, etc etc...11,000 miles later, No issues with anything at all! Went above and beyond on every step. They also do my tire rotations :) Will always return here for service and parts!
They did a great job on the lift and shocks on my 2011 Wrangler. The problem I have is they called me and told me I needed upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends at a cost of $800. I told them to just do lift and shocks for now. I had it checked by another shop and was told everything was fine. I already knew this because I checked everything out before I bought it but got an expert opinion anyway.
My family and I where on vacation and ran into a problem on RT 81. Found RPM off-road on Google. Call RPM off-road staff was very helpful, said come on by ill have one of the techs help you out as soon u get here. One of my wheel had lost a weight and the truck vibrating bad."37x13.50x24 just can't stop anywhere with that size" Tech jump in the truck went for a test drive. Pulled it in the shop. And the family and I where back on the road in about 45 min. Very pleased with the customer service. Thanks. Now 580 more miles go.... read more
