RecommendedSubject: Great experience at RPM Message: We arrived for our appointment yesterday for take off wheels and tires at your shop. The paperwork you prepared prior to our arrival was a time saver. Chad assisted us throughout the process and was professional, helpful and courteous. The turn-around time was amazingly quick, and the rims and tires look great on our Suburban. I’m happy that a friend schooled me in “take offs”, and very happy that we worked with you and RPM.
DO NOT buy a vehicle here if you live out of state! took me over 3 months to get the proper paperwork to register my vehicle!
I called ahead and talked to a salesman about the 2008 Chevy Suburban for $16,994. I asked for him to take some really good pictures of any rust on the truck. Also to be sure and get pictures under the rocker panels and the running board. I asked if there were any leaks or mechanical issues. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS. JUNK VEHICLES, THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY. DELIBERATELY RECORDED WRONG MILEAGE TO VOID WARRANTY. THESE CRIMINALS SHOULD BE JAILED. REPORTED TO BBB.
Avoid this store, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our experience here was not a pleasant one.

Randy was very nice over the phone, and the guys in shop were excellent as well. Got a great deal on FX4 take off rims. Incredible rim/tire selection, like a kid in a candy store! I hope to deal again even though I'm an hour plus away, THAT GOOD!
