I love my new apartment at The Calahan! Many thanks to the maintenance team, Kayleigh, and Denzel. Some places make it the tenant’s job to tell them what needs to be done to the place, which really screws up moving in. I can tell that the team at The Calahan worked hard to make sure everything was ready. My move-in was smooth, and my place is beautiful!
It has been 60 days since I first reported a broken exterior building door at Verdir at Hermann Park. Despite the onsite team being “aware” of this security breach since March 16th, there has been zero progress and a complete lack of professional follow-through. The onsite management has stopped responding to my emails, missed scheduled meetings, and refused to escalate the matter. Even more concerning, maintenance requests for the door and broken elevator are being marked as "Complete" in the portal while the physical issue... read more
The Verdir located at 2380 S MacGregor Way is Not a Safe Property. I’ve been living here since July of 2025. If residents Do Not Communicate amongst themselves you will not be fully aware of what’s actually happening here on this property. My 2024 Ram 3500 was Stolen in March. Another resident vehicle has been Stolen this Month. The leasing office does Not offer reasonable Resolutions. The property appears Secure but it is Not.
I would give no stars if I could. RPM as a corporate office you do not take care of your properties or respond to your residents. You should be greatly ashamed of yourselves as a company. You are no help to any of the properties you own. I hope in the future our property is given to a corporate company who cares. Your response to my post is once again useless. U put a phone number telling me contact your company to further assist but give me a number that I used already knowing I cant reach you. I see why RPM living has some... read more
I had a great experience with Adela and Gabriela. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help without hesitation. Their positive attitude and excellent service made everything easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate them and highly recommend them.
