Terrible company will double dip whenever possible read your lease carefully
Terrible company. They pencil whip you with "forgotten" charges for months then they dump on you all at once. Don't repair property and will charge you for everything. One month my rent went from $1200 to over $1800 with phony fees. No matrix on how they come up with amounts they just stick them on your bill
