While his initial visit and dianogtics were excellent. I dropped stars due to basically being ghosted. He never replied to confirm coming the following day as he sais he would and never texted to confirm for this weekend. Finishing the job myself with help of a friend for far less time and money.
If I could give more stars I would. Great service affordable prices. They went out of their way to keep us informed with the whole process of getting our drywall repaired and painted after a severe roof leak the first time we used them. Now we have them back to paint the whole interior. It turned out beautifully smooth and our home looks brand new again. I called for assistance today, but, I did not expect an appointment so soon. RPM came out within the hour. I had to have a cabinet assembled, and a small area in the kitchen painted. Thank you Jason for your professionalism, and immediate response.
We've been working with RPM Handy Pros for over a year. Jason and his team are our go-to for home repairs. They work with our schedule and are communicative about what can and cannot be done. The service is always excellent and the prices are fair. I will continue to support this business again and again--and tell my friends.
Jason has been to my home twice to work on various projects for me and has done great work! Whether it's putting in a cat door or installing several Nest products, he was able to handle all of my random tasks. Not only is he timely but also honest in his work and estimates. I recommended him to my neighborhood and several of the residents have used him as well. All-in-all, he's amazing!!
