We used RPM to install flooring in our home and had a terrible experience. Their employee stole from our home and drank on the job. We had multiple forms of evidence to show the owner and he apologized and said he would replace the stolen items but then completely ignored me. If the theft and drinking wasn’t bad enough the quality of their work was even worse. They used a hammer on the new floors rather than a rubber mallet, or proper equipment, and broke about 2 dozen pieces, yet still installed them. They then tried to cov... read more
From start to finish everyone from RPM that I interacted with was responsive, professional and friendly. Everything was done on time and the crew worked hard! My budget was modest, but John and Josh made my kitchen look beautiful! I’m very happy with the results!
We hired RPM for our bathroom remodel. Our experience with them was top notch from beginning to end! The day I called for a quote, the owner John came out that same day! Very impressive to us because other Company’s we called didn’t even return our phone calls. John advised us ways to keep this project within our budget which we appreciated! They did an excellent job! I am so in love with our new bathroom. I highly recommend RPM. I will definitely be hiring them for our next project!
