Experience #1: I had a great experience, taking my Pontiac into RPM. Spoke with Brad on a Thursday afternoon. He was able to get me in Friday morning first thing as we talked about the service that I needed done. He was knowledgeable in the tool chain required to program a new part for my car And said bring it in. We’ll give it a go after I brought it in.
