Service department was a huge let down, take your business elsewhere. Can’t meet agreed upon timelines.
Good guys they put up with me and thats saying alot
Gave them a call this morning with no answer. Took my bike in for service and was told they have no room. Would have been nice if they just answered the phone. Service there has never been prompt or friendly.
Rude as hell. I called looking to have a single hole drilled out of a 3000$ scooter, he laughed and said no, we won't work on a bike like that. I didnt ask you to work on it, I wouldn't trust you to work on it, its a very complicated electric vehicle I asked you to drill a hole as I dont have the proper drill. If you cant drill a single hole why are you considered a bike shop? So you cant drill a hole, or just won't?
