Very fast and very nice place! They were able to work with my timeline to get my car back to me quickly (dropped off Thursday, picked it up Tuesday morning) and were very communicative every step of the way. Not only were they able to diagnose my cars overheating issue and replace the parts, but they also thoroughly inspected my vehicle and found some potential future problems, photographed and documented them and let me know what to prioritize if I wanted to fix these problems. Please DO NOT trust this repair shop. They misinformed me and sold me a vehicle that needed more repairs and expenses than informed saying that their business performed an inspection prior to the purchase. They refuse to give me my money back. This is NOT okay and the owner will be held responsible. Do NOT support this business!
RPM did a good job fixing my truck
Brad and his team did a great job on my Dart and change the oil they did a few other things they were transparent and I always bring my vehicles there as I trust them
I’m very happy with the quality service and work that I received at RPM. They take the time to explain things and they give you a checklist so you can plan for future repairs. The work I needed done took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it. I’m on the road everyday and I want peace of mind knowing my son and I are going to get where we are going safely.
