Andrew was super helpful getting me financed for my dream car. I really appreciate him and Sam for finding me the right car and getting me financed when I don’t have a ton of credit established. 10/10 would recommend.
Cars sell themselves, everything i seen was affordable prices and immaculate condition. Sales Team was was very relaxed and easy to work with. Honest and upfront experience. Would definitely recommend. 👌👌
I expressed interest in a BMW X6, got in touch with Ossama; after talking, I made an offer which included a payoff of my trade. He flat out refused to submit it to his sales manager. I made another inquiry online, was told that someone would reach out to me. Not a single text or call. Keep in mind my financing is pre-approved through my Credit Union. To not even try to have a conversation to purchase a car is crazy to me.
Sam and his team at RPM were fantastic! Customer service is attentive, curious and I genuinely felt as though they worked hard to get me into the car I needed and wanted. Superb selection, knowledgeable staff and a nice friendly no-pressure vibe all have me recommending RPM to anyone looking for a positive experience buying a car in PDX.
Edit: I originally had an essay of a response to what Sam had said to this review. I decided to allow how he spoke to me speak for itself. Keep in mind, our conversations were always polite and we ended up joking and laughing at the end of each one. If you have an issue with your car they will be nice to your face and then respond as they did here. The warranty he is referring to was a 1 month warranty they offer on all cars.
