These folks are fantastic . We were near the shop when my wife pointed out that one of the tires on our Jeep had something stuck in the tire and was loosing air fast . We had our 3 kids with us and needed to get it plugged. I asked if they could help us out and they had us back on the road in no time .
The folks at RPM truly understand the meaning of customer service! A rarity these days. Very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I'm so glad I found RPM Autohaus! I highly recommend them.
When I called the office I spoke with Sam one of the owners and he said to bring my car in. My car had been idling rough and stalling when I stopped for several months. I had no warning signs on the dash so was told by another garage that it would be expensive to trouble shoot. Well not for RPM, they found the code and repaired the car the next day. The knowledge they have on German engineering is amazing! 40 years of combined experience! They definitely know what there doing, took my 2003 Porsche 911 in for an alignment and after talking to the guys at the shop, couldn't be happier with the customer service and how quick my car was done! I will be bringing my car here for any service I need from now on!
