RecommendedI was having some issues with my 02 VW Jetta. the speedometer stopped working and I wasn't able to fix it myself. after doing a quick search, I found RPM Autohaus. I went down and spoke to Sam and it was smooth sailing from there. He was able to get me in quick and get the problem figured out. I was kept up to date every step of the way and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Prices were great and the customer service was even better. I will definitely be coming back to Sam and his team in the future.
I had a bad experience with the Mercedes dealership in Chantilly and came across Sam! So glad I did! I will only get car work done here! Yep, these folks ARE fantastic! Very helpful with adapting to my (crazy) schedule and providing info to Tire Rack to process road hazard insurance claims (what a hassle but RPM worked the process for me without an bit of concern). This should be your go-to shop!
My BMW is now the car I imagined. This is due to Scott, a fantastic mechanic. His encyclopedic knowledge of BMWs is uncanny. I trust him. BMW Autohaus is a really good shop. If you need service on your BMW, ask for Scott!
