You have many choices when considering a medical practitioner. I could easily pick a doctor that takes my insurance. Kelsie does not. However, the care and advice I receive has made this an easy decision. This is medical care the way is used to be. The way it’s supposed to be!
I have nothing but great things to say about Kelsie and all the women who work there. Kelsie really listens to you and try’s to get to root of what’s causing your symptoms. Four of my family members go to RPG Heath. I highly recommend this practice!
Kelsie and Anissa are both excellent providers, extremely professional, warm, great at listening and tackling the issues I've had. The staff working there, ( Karen and Barbara), are also very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful . There is very little wait time whenever I go, and then there is that adorable dog, (Rummie), that always makes my day whenever I go. RPG Health gets 5 well deserved stars.
Yes, you will be expected to take some personal responsibility for your own health, but you will be listened to, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. If you are not one for personal responsibility, find someone who doesn't care. If you are looking to actually get better, not just mask things, then you are in the right place.
Zero stars. This practice is an absolute disgrace to the medical field. We scheduled an appointment that we unfortunately couldn’t keep due to insurance issues. Out of courtesy and responsibility, we emailed to cancel 12 days in advance. Despite this, we were charged a $100 no-show fee. When we inquired, we were told that email “is not their primary form of communication,” which, as someone who worked in the medical field myself, is shockingly unprofessional.
