RecommendedOn a Sunday in May we stopped in here for breakfast since our hotel down the road didn't offer a free breakfast for their "gold" members. The Stage Stop has a friendly owner and staff. The fresh food choices are abundant. One can "grab and go", get a boxed meal for a hike or sit in and eat. We opted to sit and eat. Everything was delicious. They also have a small retail section to browse in. I purchased a sweatshirt for the cooler mornings and evenings in the canyon area. Definitely check it out.

We're tourists, spending a couple of days in town. After a few ill faithed trys we wandered into this store for coffee and a bite to eat. And what a pleasant surprise it was. The coffee was actually enjoyable. I'd say my espresso shot was better than StarBucks. Food and service also blew every other establishment we tried in town out of the water. I'm glad we found PR's. Realistically, this place should be a 4of5 but in this town? It's a solid 5.
We stopped for lunch by passing the local chains. I usually like to shop local when in new places. Never again. The adult lunch includes a sandwich, cookie, chips and drink. The only good thing was the chips... bagged. The drink choice was a 4oz juice box (for adults!) or the worlds smallest water bottle... which was warm compared to the free ice water they offered above the trash can. Soda, tea and milk are extra. None of this is posted on the menu. Cost over $50 to feed my family a simple lunch.

I eat here almost twice a day every day! Love the place! The people are very nice and the food is always fresh and delicious. Loyal to locals and great service all around! You can’t go wrong eating here...
Plenty of coffee & sandwich options. The staff s very friendly and they play good music.
The sandwiches were awesome (which we got 3 different ones) but if one of your kids wants McDonald's next door, don't expect them to bring it inside to eat with you. They said the outside food would contaminate their's.. (from the dining area???)
Had the ham,egg and cheese on an english muffin! It was tremendous! French dark roast coffee was great as well. My wife had bacon,egg and cheese on wheat toast. Very nice place as well! Will be back for sure!
