The people that work here do not have a clue. I called asking if they could order a riding lawnmower from Cub Cadet. The first time I called, they asked if I could call back in an hour and talk to the manager. So I called back an hour and a half later and asked the same question and they still couldn't answer my simple question. They told me they would call me back, 5 hours later and still no call back. Well their loss, would have been a $2400.00 sale...
Never had a problem there always helpful and friendly will continue to shop there
I've been to the one in Watseka Morris and Homer Glen on different occasions for different things all stores are very good the Homer Glen gun Department guy named Dave is excellent
Very rude won't ever spend a dime there again bought 2 boxes of ammo needed to return one and they wouldn't take it after spending 100$ there the day before I'll go to rinks from now on I'll be calling corporate

Good place to shop great prices knowledgeable staff and they stand behind their product. Bought a pair of work boots started coming apart came back to the store Pat the manager had no problem taking care of us and exchanging boots. Excellent customer service
