This store has it all All the employees are very helpful and polite.
The fishing department has been stagnant for the past year.Same empty hooks every time I pop in there.Hard to make a profit with no merchandise.
I went to this store to buy items there web site said they had in stock. I was in the store for one hour looking for the items or for some one that worked there. I was unable to fine what i needed could not find anyone that worked in the store. Why have a store with no one working
RecommendedTook my grandson to get clothes for work. He needed steel toed boots, reflective safety jackets, etc. we normally have to order his shoes online because of the size. He’s also 6’4” so clothes can be difficult too. We were able to find everything he needs at Big R. That has never happened before. Totally recommend this store. I am a very happy shopper today.

Terrible customer service. Employees don’t know about their own stock and get defensive rather than admit they don’t know something. One of the guys working there was ridiculously rude and his behavior was literally shrugged off because “he’s gone in two weeks”.
They have everything and at great prices. The staff tried their best to help and are always very genuine.
