Waited over 15 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready upon arrival. I understand that lunchtime is really busy so I'm not upset about that. What really ticks me off is that the waitress asked me if I was waiting. I answered, yes, I'm waiting for my food that's right there, as I point to the bag on the counter. She proceeded to not even pay attention to my response and continued on to go chat with a customer who was eating. I left. Obviously, they don't want my business.
I had the pleasure of eating at Rozzi's for the first time today driving up from Shelton. I immediately felt comfortable and "at home" there being greeted as I walked in and the warmth continued as I enjoyed three cups of coffee and a delicious breakfast. i have loved this place for many years in the past the owners are young women and food is good.very neat. and responsible customer services responsible workers food is very good and affordable.
