I've lived at three of their properties and overall they take good care of the properties and invest in the upkeep. I moved out of the first property after they wanted to raise my rent by close to $400 per month for a 1/1. I then moved again from the second property because they handed it over to Cornerstone and it was poorly managed. Before leaving the third property, the manager asked me if I will be needing a cleaning service for my move-out or whether I will be cleaning the apartment myself. Lived at their Somerset Apartment property for roughly four years. Pros- rent is slightly cheaper than everywhere else in the area. Cons- Building is old and everything is constantly broken. Constant drug users/criminals in the alley ways and parking lot. One of my neighbors had his car broken into twice in the outside lot (I'm sure this happened to a lot of other residents too). I've lived at the Cimarron for almost 4 years and they're fair, good at upkeep and emergencies and super understanding when you need them to be. Love it here!
