Roz was amazingly sweet and so caring. I loved talking with her and she's so thoughtful. Just spending 5 minutes with her you can tell that she takes pride in her work and cares about her customer. I told her I was looking for a gift for my mom and I told her my budget. She asked questions about my mom and actually cared to know about her as a person before helping me pick out a present for her.
