If I would have known earlier about the joys of a great maintenance staff, we would have moved out of our house at least a couple of years earlier.
After a lifetime of renting, this by far the best, most professional, well-maintained outfit I have run into. I am expressedly thankful for the individuals working for Weidner that I meet. From Tori in the Office to Jacob in maintenance, it is a pleasure to work with them. Accolades to them both !! Furthermore, employees like Tori and Tyler, help cultivate a friendly atmosphere amongst the residents. All-in-all 515 Pinney Street is a good place to live.
I highly recommend this place, Hannah is great to work with and made the moving process smooth. The building is clean and quiet, and my apartment itself is super clean and well insulated.
