After a lifetime of renting, this by far the best, most professional, well-maintained outfit I have run into. I am expressedly thankful for the individuals working for Weidner that I meet. From Tori in the Office to Jacob in maintenance, it is a pleasure to work with them. Accolades to them both !! Furthermore, employees like Tori and Tyler, help cultivate a friendly atmosphere amongst the residents. All-in-all 515 Pinney Street is a good place to live.
I highly recommend this place, Hannah is great to work with and made the moving process smooth. The building is clean and quiet, and my apartment itself is super clean and well insulated.
The building is very new, clean and has great amenities in a convenient location. The community director, Hannah, made the leasing process smooth and easy and made me feel welcomed. Overall it seems like a great place to call home to me!
I LOVE LIVING HERE! Moving from the 100-year-old home where we had lived for nearly 35 of those, we were pre-disposed to appreciate many features of apartment living: heated underground parking, inside mailbox and package delivery, no more shoveling or yard work, and onsite maintenance and repair. I have lived here for the past five years. I love my home here at Royster. The apartment campus is well-maintained and safe. Hannah Keller and the staff: Ed, Henry, Ilir, and Fatjon are kind and responsive to things needing attention. They are the “A-team” of apartment management !
