I've been all over the USA. I grew up in Hutchinson, KS. Roy's is literally the best BBQ in the US! Their BBQ sauce is to die for, so make sure you buy some bottles to take home with you! You won't find another that compares, and maybe it will tide you over until the next time you get the chance to visit. BTW... there is no other way to eat BBQ Pulled Pork than to have it on grilled garlic toast... Texas Toast... and I have also never found another BBQ place that serves it that way aside from Roy's!
I had the the ribs, brisket and hot sausage. Great smoke taste, delicious, tender and juicy. Can't wait to go back for more!
We had lunch there on a business trip the folks are very friendly, wow I wish I was back there. Roy’s ribs and sauce is awesome 😎👍.
