Went there for the first time today (July 4th).. I am happy to say, that Roy's will be my choice from now on for a quick detail.. Everyone was polite, didn't rush at their job, and for being 90+ degrees that is greatly appreciated.. For the premium wash and vacuum, I am very happy with the results.. I used to go to the "other" car-wash up the street, but not anymore.. Anyone looking for a quick detail and wash, Roy's is a lot more DETAILED than the other place up Crain Hwy..!
I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place but experienced the total opposite. I paid for the most expensive wash and extra for the inside detail, and I had to ask 3 different times for them to go back and get the tremendous missed amount of dog hair. The interior windows weren’t touched at all, and nothing was wiped down. The entire dash board was left full of dust. Cashier is always super nice and they do a good job cleaning my car for a good price.
