This car wash is amazing. I have two huge hairy dogs that are always in my car. But every time I take the car to Roy's the people on the vacuum do an incredibly thorough job and get every bit of dog hair out. Frankly I am in awe of how completely clean they got the interior of my car. They have a lot of pride in their work. I will be delighted to keep using this car wash and recommend it to everyone I meet!

This was my first time there, paid for a platinum wash and received very poor service. My rims were still beyond dirty, my interior of my car didn’t see a rag, and my windows have spots all over which when pointed out she stated wouldn’t come off and were rain marks and needed a buffer. Finally I left after spending 2 hours there and beyond upset and I will never waste my money in this establishment again.
Hands down the best car wash in the area. I drive from Howard County to get my car washed at Roy’s for years. Best customer service from the nice lady at the cashier to everyone else. If there is an issue w the wash, just let them know on the spot and they will take care of it right away. Excellent service. Thank you!
