This would have been a 4 or 5 star review, because Randy fixed my washer and it works, and it was about what we d figured cost-wise, BUT he crushed my dryer-vent in the process of fixing the washer. When we called him about it later, he denied it and was rude. We won t use him again, nor recommend him to anyone else.
