Beware!! Roy does not have a license to do this kind of work. He did work on a home we are selling and the lender required his license. He told me he would send it and then never returned any calls or emails. I called the state of TX and found out he doesnt have one and now Im having to pay another company to go out and look at the work he did to get this loan closed.
