Had a consultation with Bryn in spring about selling my house, everything seemed great. Gave me a price point, told me to do nothing to update, just sell as-is. I hired her in the fall and everything she had told me before changed after I signed the contract. She walked through and took pictures on her cell phone, some with pictures of my kids photos in them, made a sideways comment about my spiritual practice, and didn't make me feel like a priority to her.
