In March 2022, I hired Roycroft Contracting, LLC to build a new Trex deck. Compared to other deck companies, Roycroft had very timely communication. I appreciate that Roycroft explored different options such as colors of boards, a possible roof, a gate, and an ADA handrail. In March, the weather was very cold and rainy, but the workers worked hard to demolish the old deck and to construct the new deck. The new deck passed the township’s inspection. I really enjoy looking at how pretty the new deck is.

Contacted them for a larger bid to finish my basement and build a deck. The representative changed the meet time a total of three (3) times and then stated she planned on stopping over later in the evening. I stayed home for the evening, she then contacts me later in the evening stating she couldn’t make it and wanted to reschedule yet again for a fourth time. Needs to be more cognizant of people’s time and work schedules. If they overbook their bid schedule I would hate to have my project start date flexed numerous times.
