I brought a couple of dress shirts to Royce cleaners because I wanted to get them cleaned. When I got there, I was greeted with a warm smile. The atmosphere is very clean and well-organized. Very nice people who get out every stain.
Just over a year ago, I did some research into the most affordable dry cleaners around me. Royce cleaners was the one. I got a business card and wrote a name and price on the back. Last week, I came for dry cleaning and the staff at Royce cleaners claimed the price had increased. I still proceeded to have my dry cleaning done. Lied about when they could have cleaning done just to get a sale. Then destroyed a suit jacket. I can’t even imagine how they did this, the jacket is covered in dry, cracking white stains. A chemical maybe? Either way when I picked it up the guy put it on the hook and literally ran away. Parking is awful anyway
