I would give Royalwood Apartments 10 out of 5 stars if I could. My experience living here was nothing but positive. Dale, the landlord, is an honorable, genuine person who truly cares about his tenants. He was always fair, approachable, and willing to help whenever I had a question or concern. It's rare to find a landlord who treats people with that level of respect and integrity. Joe, the maintenance technician, was outstanding. Very dishonest on the walk through and made up false claims of smoking inside the apartment. There was zero discourse on their false claims/assessment, and they charged to replace the carpet and paint the walls. I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment complex because of their dishonesty.
