I had a very disappointing experience at Royalty today with Maria, the owner. When I arrived, I clearly explained that I prefer a natural look. I typically get classic lashes, and if there are small gaps during a fill, I’m fine with adding a fan lash here and there to close them. I received the diamond facial with Ashley, and it was the best facial I've ever experienced. Ashley is incredibly sweet and provided excellent product recommendations for my skin. The treatment was both relaxing and rejuvenating. She was extremely detailed and attentive throughout the process.
