I thought we had leak in roof over the outside patio which turned out to be condensation collecting on the ceiling and dripping into patio furniture. I called Tanenbaum Roofing who had put on the new roof in 2020. Royalty had bought them and honored the workmanship warranty by sending two very competent men to investigate our complaint. We hands down recommend Royalty Roofing. They did repairs on our flat gravel roof. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Sone things that really stand out: -the roofers who actually did the work are the ones who came out and looked at it and gave us the estimate.
