Jim and his crew did a great job taking care of the issues causing our concerns on the house. He was very timely and followed through on promises of getting back to me on all aspects of repairing our property. He also used a kind, caring demeanor whenever he talked or negotiated with me. He, his team, and the company he works with are “A number 1!”

I cannot give enough praise to this company. All of the employees were so polite and attentive to my situation. They listened to my concerns and responded to my calls within 3 days for an inspection. They performed a water test and identified /fixed a leak that ran into the basement. They were professional and explained issues to me. They also replaced all flashing around the roof areas. This has been a wonderful company to work with. They provided pictures of the work completed. I highly recommend this company.

In my 38 years of working in the service industry, Royalty has demonstrated that every customer is important. Every. Single. One. I thought we had leak in roof over the outside patio which turned out to be condensation collecting on the ceiling and dripping into patio furniture. I called Tanenbaum Roofing who had put on the new roof in 2020. Royalty had bought them and honored the workmanship warranty by sending two very competent men to investigate our complaint.
