I rented a party bus for my husbands birthday. We had to Change our pick up location at the last minute I was worried that they wouldn’t make it on time but they were there right on time. Our driver, Nicole, was great and made our experience memorable. I’ve been on several party buses and urge party bus was the best so far!!!!!! Would highly recommend Urge Party Bus!
Radio didn't work, bus driver was rude and unprofessional. I will not rent from this company nor recommend them to anyone.
we rented a bus for a party and it was supposedly a new bus but the sound system didnt work and the bus driver was rude and offered us to give her a hundred dollars to do whatever we wanted on the bus which was super unprofessional! and to top it all off there customer service is a joke DO NOT RENT A BUS FROM THESES PEOPLE!
Our group of bachelorette party gals had an amazing time and bus driver Greg was such a great guy to every one of us!! Highly recommended.
Horrible experience with the company, management and owners. Will not recommend this company to anyone or attend a party with this company. Not customer friendly nor care about the status of their busses.
