RecommendedGreat party bus! Driver was super nice and on time! Everything was just what we asked for. She took us every where we wanted and even when time was up she let us pay extra for more time. Great night and will definitely request the owner when in town again! 5 stars
Rented bus for sons birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. They LOVED it. They played their music and danced. The bus was clean, the driver/owner was great. Renting Urge bus was a great way for family and my sons friends to celebrate his birthday at one time. I highly recommend and would definitely rent from Urge again. Thank you for making my sons birthday unforgettable!!
Pretty sure this business has closed down. We booked with them for our wedding and after multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email, and Facebook we have not gotten a response or a refund.
We rented this bus for Saturday night for a bachlorette party. We paid 650 dollars for a bus that the speakers were blown in the back. And only 2 speakers worked in the front. So we had to turn it up in the front and then it sounded all distorted. The rope that goes in the middle of the bus actually came undone and the screw was just hanging there. And there wasn't any air on the bus! If they would have apologized and gave us some money back due to nothing working correctly that would have been the professional thing to do. ... read more
Multiple problems wrong. Do not rent from here!!
The bus driver showed up 45 minutes late and did not apologize or even greet us when we got on the bus. We were told there would be a dancing pole and air conditioning, there was neither! There were also Busch light cans from the previous party on the bus! The pictures on their site DO NOT look like the bus that showed up. The driver also complained when we wanted to make multiple stops. When we called to complain the following day the owner was no help. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!
Had a great time for a bachelor party. Cindy was a great driver and very nice to work with. This was the 3rd or 4th bus I’ve had from Urge and I’d continue to use them in the future!!
We used Urge Party Bus for a business event at my work and everything went so well! All 3 buses arrived early, drivers were super nice & accommodating, and everyone had a great time.
