We hired the car service to bring the bride and bridal party to the wedding venue on a Friday evening. Most car services are waiting outside the pickup location 15-30 minutes ahead of time. We noticed the car was not there and called to find out the situation and were told the car was 45 minutes away at another location. "Sorry" was our answer. No explanation. Deposit was refunded minus a service charge for no service. Definitely would not recommend.
This company and its drivers are awesome. Our driver even let me have an extra stop at no charge. Thanks!
We used this service two different times with two different drivers and two different cars. Both experiences were top notch and exceedingly professional! The cars were very nice (sedan and SUV) and both drivers were punctual and very safe. 5 stars for certain!
