I.booked the royalty wash and wax $149.99 based on previous positive reviews. I showed up for my appointment on time only to find a very friendly guy working. Very nice. But, He only spoke Spanish ( no fault of his own). I only speak English ( no fault of my own). i wanted to explain my issues with my car but that was not possible. Due to our language barrier. Never open on time and can’t keep appointment times. The work is good when they show up though. Find another place, you’ll just waste your time.
I’ve used this detailing service several times before and was always satisfied, but this visit was a complete disappointment. They have a 5-star rating on Google, but after my recent experience, I have no idea how they’ve earned it. The quality of work has clearly declined. The car was washed for a long time, but the result was far from perfect. The outside is fine, but the interior was barely touched.
