They sold me a cargo van, it broke down transmission in three weeks from the date of purchase, and lied to me about the warranty. Now I've been running after them to fix my van for 5 weeks in the row, I received only lies . Please dont even think to buy vehicles from Royalty. Or if you decided so please don't walk away without a warranty.
I brought a van in May now we have August I’ve been promised everything‘s gonna be fixed right away Front windshield manifold noise in the front noise in the back since then three months I000 miles on the van and was in the shop for 40 days. The warranty they provide covers nothing I fixed the Transmission I have to come up with extra $3000. at the end mechanic did receive penny from the warranty company. From start to finish, it was great experience
Beautiful trucks, quality vans and the team there are very professional. I have important multiple vehicles at this location. No dealership can’t compare. I recently bought a 2019 Ford transit and a 2013 F1.50 for my crew from start to finish. I can’t complete finance Was quick with no pressure. Both Hector and Anthony handled the whole situation.
