This used to be a nice place to live at a fair rental price. But over the years they've removed many amenities while raising the rent every year. Basic cable and internet were included when I signed my first lease, and that was a big reason why I decided to rent here due to the cost savings. But about 2 years into living at Royall Villas that perk was removed and the rent was increased. I can understand that Spectrum no longer offered this service as a contract to Newland Enterprises.
