I lived here for two years in a 1 bedroom unit. Since this is a Trimark property, you're paying for location over amenities. As a business school student, the location was great for getting to class, as you're about 10 minutes from University and 13th. The 1 bedrooms are large and laid out well, with a sizable bedroom, living room, and closet.
