I LOVE living here at Royal Orleans West! The area is beautiful, with a gorgeous park nearby and a variety of shops. I’ve experienced meeting wonderful people, learned about all the great things to do in Fort Worth and in this beautiful area, and also learned about being a part of an HOA and what that entails. I’ve owned a condo and lived in Royale Orleans West Condominiums for ten years. In my opinion we now have the best Property Manager and maintenance team we’ve ever had.
Beautiful, upscale condominiums in a prime location. Large units with high ceilings and plenty of large windows. Management is HORRIBLE. Rude, defensive, vengeful and argumentative. No education regarding simple English grammar, spelling and punctuation. I almost need a translator to read her messages/emails. In a 15 month period she missed SEVENTY EIGHT (78) days claiming to be "working remote" but no work was done. Just completed decorating and updating a unit in this complex. Units are older yet, offer larger rooms and high ceilings as a pallette to work into a new transformation.
Very difficult for delivery drivers to find buildings, apartments, etc.
