Ive been living here for over a year now and havent had any problems! The building is old, kinda looks like an old run down motel, but for single people who arent looking to live outside their means, this is the place! I can afford something better and bigger, but i choose to stay because it is a good place to live and i dont need to be fancy lol.. rent isnt bad at all either! cheapest place i could find that wasnt infested with cockroaches! nobody is ever at the pool so its really peaceful, everyone is super friendly also! ... read more

I have lived at this complex for going on 10 years now and I am quite happy here. The managers are very nice and seem to go out of there way to help people in many ways not related to the complex which I find very rare these days it is a old building so keep in mind that like all other apt.s it has its problems with plumbing,etc. The owners are always doing some kind of major repair which gets annoying but at least our rent is being used wisely just my opinion and yes if you are single its a great place for one person.
