We had the most amazing experience with Yasmeen auntie as our wedding reception decorator! All I had to do was share my Pinterest board inspiration, and she brought it to life perfectly. The setup was absolutely beautiful—exactly what I had envisioned and even better in person. She truly understood my style and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The worst service I have ever received- told multiple lies, never responded, and didn’t even show up on time or completed the job… please be aware and never use her.
Worst customer service. They ruined the decoration for the ceremony. Yasmeen doesnot know how to talk with customers. She misbehaves and insults you on your day off. Yasmeen discussed all decoration in detail, even we draw everything for her, but ended she ended up ruining all the decor. My cousin ended up crying and her day. Donot deal with them, they are worst ever company to deal with!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company completely ruined my cousins wedding décor. What they delivered looked NOTHING like what was promised. Cheap, sloppy, and embarrassing — it honestly looked like it was thrown together last minute with dollar store decorations. They arrived 4 hours late to get started. The event started late and all my guests were helping with decor so we could make sure we started some what on time. Worst ever. DO NOT USE THEM!
We are extremely disappointed with this vendor. They failed to deliver on multiple promises that were clearly committed to us in advance of my sister’s engagement. Instead of making the event smooth and memorable, their lack of preparation and professionalism added unnecessary stress.
