12/6/25 UPDATE: Bunch of scammers, just look at the images and see if being charged twice makes sense for work order and property management. 9/19/25 UPDATE: Nathan is still great and got the job done, with consistent and reliable after-care service. The rest of the team however, is just straight up trash. Especially the accounting team, they're in the back with no means of contacting them directly. This company is a BIG SCAM!! Do not go with them even you’re desparate. They have so many hidden charges and they don’t ever take verbal permission from the clients. They charged us $200 to copy a key which wouldn’t even cost $20 if we did it ourselves. And they never ever informed us over the phone or email or took permission.
