They are not very professional. I normally prefer dealing with agencies, not with landlord directly. It is less risky. We signed a contract with them. But the date of moving they inform us the contract will be handle directly with the landlord, not with them. It would be useful if they inform us earlier to find another option, not at the last minute with the tuck for moving in the front door.

I hired for property management. But I got worse experience. The tentent given me non payment rent 7 months and done my property damage. I lost 25k. Very bad experience. Be careful. Company is big headache 😫 😪 😩

Scammers. They kept the $4000 deposit claiming that contract was breached, some very shady business going on with this company. Hoping to prevent this from happening to someone else.
