Had set up a time to meet for a house veiwing was able to meet with her for set time had An amazing time chatting and veiwing property, was very pleasant to chat with her defiantly would recommend her to help for any rental or sales needs
The worst property management service I’ve ever experienced. we own 3 rental properties and have them a try with a brand new condo. met with an agent and gave him our keys. he completely forgot about us. i filled up 4 weeks later after no response and he didn’t remember who I was without a complete recollection from me of the meeting, the condo unit, and our conversations smh. never again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. People please don’t make the mistake in signing a contract with this company. For my tenants kitchen sanitary drain they charged me over $300 just to send a technician to assess that it is indeed clogged and provided a $700 quote to unclog the drain. We ended up calling an outside plumber to fix it for $300 total. When it was time for the final inspection after the tenant moved out they came by and took a picture of the front of the building and that was their inspection. They later sent some... read more
