Went to royal west this morning . I had a tooth that was extremely sensitive to cold foods/drinks. Some pain as well. As soon as I walked in, the Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to see Dr Harpreet. After initial x-rays, she was extremely thorough and professional with the explanation of my issue . I felt like my concerns were genuinely listened to and taken care of. The issue was addressed very well and follow up is also scheduled. Excellent service from all who work at Royal West. I came to this location for an emergency. I had sever tooth pain from an infected tooth that spread and the dentist here and staff was absolutely amazing. He gave me antibiotics and removed the tooth for me and made sure I was 💯 numb before extracting the 2 teeth. I'll be returning to them to get dentures as well I highly recommend going to them for procedures. Traveling through Canada and needed a bi-annual dental cleaning. Made an appt. with Royal West Dentistry. Had an outstanding experience through and through with everyone, from their Front Desk staff to the Hygienist and the Dentist herself. The office was super clean and decorated very tastefully. Felt very welcome and well-attended to. I'd definitely recommend this dental clinic without the slightest hesitation.
