Royal Water Damage went above and beyond for me. They dried up my water problem and sent a very detailed report to the insurance company. They answered all my questions and concerns very promptly. When the insurance company totally rejected my claim, they reopened the claim and were able to get the insurance to pay them in full and also reimburse me for other parts of the claim. I highly recommend Royal Water for the excellent job they did and for the excellent customer service.

Very responsive and thorough. I recently used them a second time for an unrelated water incident. Their communication and professionalism throughout a generally unpleasant and expensive homeowner experience is really nice. They take their work very seriously - clean prep, data-based drying effort, and steady communication throughout.

From start to finish, these guys were fantastic. They responded very quickly to my initial call and had a team out to assess the damages and begin remediation the next day. Communication during the whole process was top-notch.
