Beautiful and functional This property is immaculate. Front office staff is kind and quick to respond. I moved from the largest one bedroom at a different property, just up the road, and Royal Vista’s largest one bed floor-plan is far more superior…& that’s because RV’s unit is 6 sq ft smaller! DO NOT LIVE HERE 1. The apartments are falling apart. There are cracks in all of the ceilings and walls. The stairs squeak when you walk on them. Truly, it is a safety hazard. I wish I could attach pictures on this review- check them out on Facebook or yelp, too! 2. Again, falling apart. The doors don’t close properly because the foundation is off. I can’t lock my apartment with the second lock. Maintenance couldn’t even fix it! (The maintenance guys were so nice, the foundation was just so bad, it was impossible to fix). If... read more
